His and hers squats Jan 22 2018

Today's pause and front squat training at the home of the Full Range Strength Project. Comfortably adding 2-2.5 pounds per week. 

His and hers chin ups Jan 22, 2018

Up to +35 x 6 for my chin ups, comfortably adding 1 pound weekly.  Tracy's cranking out some chin ups with quite good form and a long static hold at the end of the set.
