▶Vegan Athlete Carries 555kg for 10m in the middle of Berlin - YouTube

This is the heaviest yoke-carry ever done by any athlete.

Patrik Baboumian performed this feat and attached this message to his You Tube video of it:
"This is a message to all those out there who think that you need animal products to be fit and strong. Almost two years after becoming vegan I am stronger than ever before and I am still improving day by day. Don't listen to thouse self proclaimed nutrition gurus and the supplement-industry trying to tell you that you need meat, eggs and dairy to get enough protein. There are plenty plant-based protein-sources and your body is going to thank you for stopping to feed it with dead-food. Go vegan and feel the power! Patrik Baboumian"

Dont listen to the nutrition gurus espousing meat / dead food. Sounds good....

Yet, thiis freakishly strong gentleman is telling us to listen to HIM. As are you Don.

There is no optimal way. There is no across the board solution....
Why does everyone want to be right so bad?
Enjoy your life and do things your own way that work for you, without forcing it onto others.
That could be a nice change for all dont you think?

Thank you for this information, it's important for people to hear the truth about the benefits of a vegan diet. Humans don't need meat and dairy because we're herbivores.

There are over 60 doctors and nutritionists in the US I am aware of that openly advocate a plant based diet, so it's not just one strong man and a blogger. Kaiser Permanente is also now encouraging their doctors to discuss the whole food plant based diet with their patients.

The plant based diet is healthiest for all humans.

Don't see too many Vegans with a belly like this guy.. I guess if you ate nuts + pasta you'd get a gut.

the(Plant)Fat+HighGlycemic Carb = GUT formula never fails to disappoint.
