Awakening your native potential for health, fitness, happiness, and beyond.
At one time I used this blog to explore and support the theory and practice of modernized, flesh-based paleo and low-carb diets.
Now I use it to explore and present the evidence and values that support the practice of a whole foods plant-based diet as a way to enhance your physical, mental, ethical, and spiritual potential.
It now includes many posts offering a critical evaluation of some of the central tenets of paleo, low-carb, and Weston A Price Foundation belief systems, and an exploration of other topics of prime importance to humans in these times of escalating medical, social, ethical, and ecological challenges.
If you want to know why I made the change, you will find plenty of food for thought on the pages I have written here since early 2011, particularly since my Farewell To Paleo post on June 14 of 2011.
If you want support for the beliefs and practices involved in a paleo, primal, low-carb, or flesh-based diet and lifestyle, beware you will no longer find it here.
If you want support for the paleo / carnist lifestyle, I suggest that you visit the sites below for information.

Carl Sagan was great ,Don. Although he was not a scientific heavyweight like Albert Einstein and Richard Feynman , the man was a great teacher to the general public. He made science somewhat easy to understand to the common man.
I’m glad to find so many useful and informative data on your website.
